Up to date with best practice. In 20 years or more I've never had cause to be unhappy with the doctors or staff. I know of other people who are of the same mind. Now that we have an A&E for minor matters I feel very content.

The new system operating here has worked well for me this week.
You can speak directly with a GP on the same day, in my case within half an hour.
They may be able to sort the problem or reassure you on the spot and they can book a face-to-face appointment if needed.

My doctor stayed open for me as I needed a test to be done urgently on a friday thanks for going above and beyond

I cannot praise this surgery highly enough. No lengthy waiting on phone to get through; only a couple of buttons to press before you speak to a member of staff in person. Polite and helpful staff. Excellent doctors. It's a busy practice yet same day appointments available. Have already recommended friends and family who all have the same opinion as me. If Wye surgery can do it why can't all the other surgeries in Ashford. Would not change for anything.

The Doctor made me feel welcome and was prepared for the discussion we needed to have. I came away feeling reassured that my complex situation was under control and I will continue to be well cared for.
